About me

Why I Trained in Different Methods

I chose to train in counselling, hypnotherapy, and ADHD coaching because people rarely fit into one box — and healing rarely follows one straight line. Over the years, I’ve seen how different approaches can support different parts of a person’s experience. Some people need space to talk and be heard. Some need practical tools. Some need deeper emotional work. And many need a gentle blend of all three.

Training in multiple methods allows me to meet you exactly where you are. If you need counselling, we stay with counselling. If hypnotherapy feels right, we use it. If ADHD coaching would help you move forward, we bring that in.

Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. We choose what feels supportive for you — and we can explore this further in our initial call.
