About me
I’m a therapeutic counsellor and ADHD coach based in South Northamptonshire. I support young adults and adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and trauma.
I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood, giving you the freedom to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.
I’m also a qualified ADHD coach, offering a blend of therapeutic insight and practical coaching to help you understand your ADHD and build supportive habits.
There is no single “best” approach — each person is unique, and the relationship we build together is at the heart of the work.
Together, we’ll draw from a range of therapeutic and coaching techniques to help you grow into the person you aspire to be.

Hypnotherapy
I’m a qualified hypnotherapist and, where appropriate, I integrate hypnotherapy into counselling sessions — particularly when supporting clients through grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, or long-standing emotional patterns. Hypnotherapy can offer a gentle yet powerful way to access deeper layers of experience and promote meaningful change.
I also draw on the relaxation techniques of hypnotherapy to help ease anxiety and stress, creating a calm, supportive space where clients can feel grounded and more at ease.
A little insight into me
