Anxiety Support 

I offer therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety in its many forms—whether it's generalised anxiety, panic, social anxiety, or anxiety linked to trauma or life transitions. Together, we explore the roots of your anxiety, build emotional regulation skills, and create space for calm and clarity.

Bereavement Support

Bereavement can stir a wide range of emotions:    sadness, confusion, anger, guilt, even relief. These      responses are deeply personal and often complex.

I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore your experience of loss—whether recent or long ago. 

Trauma & Emotional Regulation

Trauma can leave lasting imprints—not just in memory, but in the body, emotions, and sense of self. Emotional regulation work helps you gently reconnect with your inner world, building safety, resilience, and self-understanding.

Attachment-Focused Therapy

Attachment work helps us understand the emotional blueprint formed in childhood and how it influences adult relationships, self-worth, and resilience. Many of the adaptations we developed in childhood—strategies to cope, protect, or stay connected—were necessary at the time. But as adults, they can become limiting: over-pleasing, withdrawing, fearing abandonment, or struggling to express needs. 

 

Supporting Life Stage Changes  

Life stage transitions—whether joyful, challenging, or quietly complex—can stir deep emotional shifts. I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore these changes, whether you're navigating parenthood, retirement, bereavement, career shifts, or identity evolution. Hypnotherapy Support 

Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective way to tap into your subconscious mind, helping you overcome           challenges, build confidence, and create lasting positive change. Weightloss & Emotional Eating 

Hypnotherapy supports healthier relationships with food and body image and is much more successful than other weight loss programs in keeping the weight off

 It addresses subconscious blocks and emotional triggers behind overeating. Changing your mindset towards to food.

Stress & Anxiety 
 

Hypnotherapy can be especially  effective for stress and anxiety  because it helps calm the nervous system, reframes negative thought patterns, and builds healthier    coping mechanisms. It offers a natural, drug‑free way to reduce tension and regain a sense of   control.
 

Smoking Cessation
 

One of the most traditional uses of hypnotherapy.
 Structured programmes often achieve high success rates in helping people quit smoking or vaping.

Driving Test

Your driving test is an important step, yet it’s common to feel nervous or unsettled—especially if further attempts are needed. Hypnotherapy offers practical  techniques to ease anxiety and build the confidence you need to succeed.
 

Fears

Many fears stem from past         experiences or learned responses. Hypnotherapy creates a safe space to explore these origins and reduce their emotional hold.
